Dosage Calculation Exam – Spring 2026
Attention students entering the following courses:
PN Program
- PN Pediatrics (NSG2330)
- PN Med/Surg II (NSG2341)
- PN Med/Surg III (NSG2441)
ASN Program
- Adult Health I (NSG2600)
- Pediatric Nursing (NSG2530)
- Practicum (NSG2650)
BSN Program
- Adult Health I (NSG3313)
- Pediatric Nursing (NSG4432)
- Adult Health III (NSG4513)
- Practicum (NSG4613)
Dosage Calculation Exam Requirement
Dosage calculation exams will be administered during Week 1 of the Spring 2026 quarter for the courses listed above.
Minimum passing score: 80%
Two (2) attempts allowed
IMPORTANT:
- A minimum score of 80% is REQUIRED to progress in the course and any co‑requisite nursing courses.
- Failure to pass after two attempts will result in course failure and withdrawal from all co‑requisite nursing courses.
