A single mother of three and a bilingual healthcare professional, Nallely returned to school with a clear purpose: to serve patients at their most vulnerable moments. Balancing family responsibilities and nursing school is challenging—but for her, the question was simple: If not now, then when?

Her goal is to begin her nursing career in the emergency room, where she can combine clinical skill with compassionate communication—especially for Spanish-speaking patients who often face language barriers in care.
