As a student in the B.S. in Health Science with a Concentration in Nuclear Medicine program at South College, you’ll gain the knowledge and technical skills to administer radiopharmaceuticals and other types of treatments. The curriculum will prepare you for entry-level management positions in the field of nuclear medicine with courses including biochemistry, patient care, and radiation safety. You’ll learn to operate high tech equipment, interpret data, manage finance and information systems, and recognize, analyze, and monitor a wide range of medical conditions.
