Current Position and Professional Experience:
Sarah Caswell is an associate professor for the School of Physician Assistant Studies Knoxville. She has 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in the field surgical oncology. In addition, she has 2 years of urgent care experience, which she continues to practice.
Professional Education:
Ms. Caswell was awarded a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, FL. She also received a Masters in Public Health from Nova Southeastern University. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida.
Teaching Responsibilities:
As an associate professor Ms. Caswell lends her expertise in lectures pertaining to surgery, hematology, oncology, infectious disease, and gastroenterology as well as other various topics throughout the PA curriculum.
