The South College Information Technology degree programs are designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to critically plan, develop, implement, and manage information technology solutions in organizations to meet the needs of users, while understanding the importance of critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn to examine project life cycles, including estimating project times, developing plans, identifying risks, and outsourcing. Students focus on how to design, implement, and evaluate computer-based systems, processes, components, and programs to meet the changing needs of companies and individuals. Your solutions could one day solve real-world problems in the tech industry.

An interest in learning and continual growth are vital to success in the IT industry. As new developments and trends are constantly evolving within the industry, keeping up with changes will help keep you in the know.
