What You’ll Learn

Our Organizational Leadership Post-Doctoral Certificate program is designed to develop your knowledge and skills as you pursue your goals in leadership. Consisting of 3 online courses, this competency-based program allows you to progress by completing assignments and demonstrating mastery of course content and competencies. The format lets you move at your own pace, so that you can spend more time on unfamiliar topics and move faster in areas where you have existing knowledge and expertise.
With frequent opportunities for faculty interaction, this certificate program can help prepare you to make strategic leadership decisions, influence individuals and organizations, and lead and navigate organizational growth and innovation. Courses cover topics such as:

I was not prepared to for college at that point, so I decided to gain some experience and maturity by joining the work force full-time. After working for 10 years, I felt it was time to try school again.

I really enjoy that most classes are not straight reading from a book, listening to PowerPoint presentations, taking a test and then moving to the next chapter. The instructors take the time to have class discussions and incorporate real world examples. To me, this makes the material more interesting and puts what I am learning into a better perspective.
